Abstract
This research is a survey research on batik customers from CV. Rajasamas Jaya Maos. This research takes the title "The Effect of Price and Products on Customer Loyalty (Case Study at CV. Rajasamas Jaya Maos Cilacap". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product on customer loyalty. The sample of this research is customers of CV. Rajasamas Jaya Maos, amounting to 85 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis, the results of this study indicate that: (1) price has a positive effect on customer loyalty, (2) product has a positive effect on customer loyalty, (3) price and product together have a positive effect on loyalty. customer. The results of the study show that the value of F count (222,428)> f table (3.11), the value of t count for the variable Price (3,772) and Product (7,454) is greater than t table (1.993), it is stated that there is an effect of price and product on customer loyalty The results of the determination test have an effect of 84,4% of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The implication of the conclusion above is that in an effort to increase the sense of loyalty to customers, the company should continue to provide products that meet expectations and prices that match the products obtained.
