Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Al–Mu’allim kesugihan, Kabupaten Cilacap penelitian ini sebanyak 44 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis uji regresi linier berganda. Data diambi melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada guru SMK Al – Mu’allim kesugihan dan diolah menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 23.00 for findows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan secara parsian kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan motivasi serta lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pada uji determinan variabel independen terdapat pengaruh sebesar 72,1% terhadap variabel dependen. ========================================================================= The success or failure of an organization in carrying out its duties and functions is closely related to the actors of the organization. Human resources have a strategic role as a determinant of the success or failure of achieving performance in an organization. This study aims to determine: the influence of leadership, motivation, and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Al - Mu'allim kesugihan, Cilacap. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were teachers of SMK Al - Mu'allim Kesugihan, Cilacap. This study consisted of 44 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The data was taken through the distribution of questionnaires to teachers of SMK Al - Mu'allim Kesugihan and processed using the SPSS 23.00 tool for findows. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that leadership, motivation, and work environment simultaneously affect teacher performance, while partially leadership does not significantly affect teacher performance, while motivation and work environment partially significantly affect teacher performance. In the independent variable determinant test there is an effect of 72.1% on the dependent variable
