Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of product and price on purchasing decisions for electronic devices. The data used comes from people who buy these electronic devices. The sample size is 75 Adipala Cilacap people. The data processing method uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study partially show that the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions 0,393 at or 39,3% and the prece has an effect on purchasing decisions 0,716 for or 7,16% simultaneously the product and price have a significant effect on purchasing 0,912 (91,2%) decisions by indicating that using a regressions model obtained the independent variables, namely product and price have an effect. For the decision variable 91,2%, while the rest (100% - 91,2% = 8,8% ) is explained by factor ot other variables that are not known and are not include in the regression analysis.
